The Father of Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Pa Ademola Fashola has died at the age of 79 according to family sources.He died this morning in Lagos. He was 79. He has been ill. Last year, he was flown to the United States for medical treatment in the heat of the Lagos Doctors’ strike.
Officials of the Lagos state government said Mr. Fashola, who is currently at Umrah in Saudi Arabia, is saddened by the news of his father’s death.
The governor plans an emergency return to Lagos to attend the burial.
